The Origins


Natural Twist didn’t start as a business.
It started as a concept. Letting nature take the lead.

I spent decades behind cocktail bars, and became concerned by the excess — plastic cups, discarded fruits and garnishes that ultimately became waste.


One day I ran out of glassware during service and served a gin & tonic inside a fresh pepper.

The pepper not only added flavour to the drink it looked amazing! We now had a drink that was grown, not manufactured. 

Soon melon and pineapple skin became glassware too. No plastic. No waste.


We don’t have to drain our planet to enjoy it.
